Libby Robold, a board-certified yoga therapist, will be offering a back pain clinic at the Yoga For Health studio on Sunday, September 20th, from 2 to 4 pm. Libby and Michael's studio is located in the Commons on 11th Street. The clinic explores common causes of back pain, observes personal movement patterns, and teaches how to interrupt the pain cycle—bringing relief to your aching back. A sign-up sheet is in the hallway, and attendance is capped at 15 participants. Please sign up by September 16th. The clinic fee is $75, and 100% of the proceeds go to UTC.
